When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery to metropolitan areas within Australian capital cities is usually between 3-5 working days, however delivery times will vary depending on your location. Please allow a further 7 days for remote areas.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Cheque/Money order. Please contact gilda@nookid.com.au for further details.

Can I email my order?

Yes, if you don't feel comfortable with using our secure checkout, please email sales@nookid.com.au with your order. A representative will contact you within 24 hours of your email.

How do I return a product?
Contact sales@nookid.com.au to request a return form. This needs to be sent back with the goods to nook interiors & design, PO Box 1660 Crows Nest NSW 2065.

Refunds are only permitted if the item is faulty and not a change of mind.

What is your Exchange Policy?

Exchanges will be permitted if you change your mind about your purchase, provided the product is returned in good condition within 14 days of purchase.

What is your Returns and Refund Policy?
Refunds on faulty goods will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
If an item is returned after 14 days, an online credit will be issued. You have 30 days to claim a refund or credit note. After 30 days from purchase you will no longer be able to return your products.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, delivery is only offered Australia wide.

How will my items be shipped?

Your goods will be packaged with the utmost care. We use environmentally friendly packaging and labels where possible.

We use Australia Post for most of our shipping requirements, however TNT are used for for larger bulky items.

What happens if an item I want is OUT OF STOCK?

nook interiors & design prides itself on providing the latest homewares and creating individuality in the home, therefore we supply minimum quantities of each product. However, if you are interested in a product that is out of stock, you may contact gilda@nookid.com.au for a special order, provided the item is still in production.
